2702151 - Time Account Types is Missing upon Creating Accrual in Manage Time Off Calendars

Symptom

  • User has permissions for Time Account Type object
  • Some Time Account Types are not showing in dropdown when you create a calendar from Manage Time Off Calendars
  • Time Account Type does appear in Manage Data

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Center
  2. Go to Time Management
  3. Click on Manage Time Off Calendar
  4. Click on New Calendar
  5. Choose Accrual
  6. Click on 

Cause

One of the Time Account Types configured inside the system has special character on the external code. (e.g., %)

Resolution

Remove the special character on the external code of the Time Account Type.

With the 1902 there will be a new hard-coded validation has been introduced which does not allow special characters other than dashes (-), and underscores (_) in time off MDF objects.
