2703495 - Label showing [Not translated in selected language] in Referral tracking - Recruiting Management

In Referral Tracking there are some labels appearing as [Not translated in selected language].

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to Carrers, Referral Tracking
2. Check the status displaying is not the same as the candidate are within the Job Requisition
3. Go to Admin Center, Open Edit Applicant Status Configuration
4. Open the status and check the referral label
5. The label is set correctly, but is not getting updated.

The reason the labels are appearing as [Not translated in selected language] is because the labels have not been translated in the language that you are navigating the system in.

The translations for these labels must be done in Edit Applicant Status Configuration. For every status in the pipeline you should add a translation to the Referral Label and Referrer Next Step Text sections in all languages.

In the above screenshot I am navigating the system in the language English (UK).

In Applicant Status Configuration I can see that the Referrer Label and Referrer Next Steps Text have [Not translated in selected language] entered for the values.

I update the values here.
