2704074 - The Option Non-Localized Countries is not Available for Selection in the Project Scope

You are unable to find the country which you want to scope in the list of countries, which you can use for the scoping in the business configuration of your project.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project.
4. Select the Edit Project Scope button.
5. In the scoping step Country and Type of Business, you are not able to see the option Non-Localized Countries.
6. Select Edit Countries.
7. The Country you want to scope is not listed in the available countries. 

Non-localized countries will not be available in the business configuration, which is an expected system behavior.

Currently for C4C it is designed in such a way that the country selection will not control the things like Tax calculations, Calender etc.

Here the country selection is not as important as it doesn't control anything else other than languages, which you can also control / modify using Scoping, just pick any nearby country and move on with the scopings.

The settings like timezone, calendar e.t.c can be controlled via the finetuning settings in the project according to the country which you want to use.
