Symptom

  • Publications fail to send scheduled crystal reports to the designated destinations (email and file system).
  • The personalization properties section of the publication shows the message "Cannot open report document --- Cannot logon with custom database information specified in the InfoStore"
  • The schedule history shows "success" with "Delivered to 0 recipients"
