2704246 - You Can Not Define The End Message For a Satisfaction Survey

• You are trying to define a survey end message for your Satisfaction Survey, but you could not find the section Survey End Message in the Design view.
• You have created a survey in a specific language, but the end message is in a different language

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Surveys work center.
2. Open your Satisfaction Survey.
3. Go to the Design facet.
4. The section Survey End Message is not available.

• The section Survey End Message needs to be added to the Design facet.

This is the expected system behavior.

You can add this section via adaptation mode following the below steps:

1. In the Design facet, click in the Adapt button.
2. Hold the mouse under the Design facet.
3. Click on Add Items.
4. Click on Add Sections.
5. You will be able to add the section Survey End Message.
