2704290 - Requester Name Is Missing In Administer Time

Requester name is not shown in Administer Time page for some users.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central  Time Off

1. Navigate to the Administer Time page of an employee.
2. In the Time Records/Absences tab, there is a column named 'Requester' with names of the employees who requested the leave. 
3. The Requester name is blank for some absence records. 

• User is terminated. If the user in requester column is terminated the name will be empty. This is current expected behaviour. 
• Logged in user does not have 'User Search' permission or 'Employee Export' permission with target population. 

• If Requester is terminated then it is currently expected behavior that the name will not be displayed. You may open the leave record to see to see the requester's name.
• If Requester is not a terminated user, check the logged user has the following permissions and Requester is within the Target Population
  • General User Permission > Company Info Access > User Search
    
  • Manage User > Employee Export
