2704573 - "File parsing error" while rebuilding a custom theme in UI theme designer

Symptom

While rebuilding a custom theme in UI theme designer, below error appears:

Error: Script Engine Logger : sap.theming.less.ParsingException:File parsing error.

in code "sap.theming.less.Parser.oParseObject"

while processing entity "UI5.sap/ui/unified.custom_ThemeName.library"

CAUSED BY "TypeError: Cannot read property "xyz" from null

Please note that the location of .theming file can be different. For example in this case, the location is UI5.sap/ui/unified/custom_ThemeName
