2704708 - SQL error when accessing the Monitor Project Progress app

Symptom

When trying to navigate to the Monitor Project Progress app in the SAP Fiori frontend, you get error messages with the following information:

500 (SQL error "328" when creating the database procedure "/S4PPM/CL_HIERARCHY_ACCESS=>ACCESS_PPM_HIERARCHY". SQL message: "invalid name of function or procedure: /1BCAMDP/PPM_Hierarchy: line 31 col 51 (at pos1116)".)
400 (RFC-Error: SQL error when creating a database procedure)
