What data can I display in the Competency Portlet?

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Performance Management
  • SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Resolution

The Competency portlet is designed to display competencies from the data sources selected in Configure People Profile > General Settings:

The data sources are limited to PM, Goal, Succession and LMS data. The portlet will not pull Competency related data from the Career Worksheet.

Note: Competency should be rated.
