2705162 - SQL error -12154 while executing remote BRCONNECT actions

Symptom

When scheduling from Central Planning Calendar or DB13C, a undocumented parameter "-j" added with the value "<DBSID>", which causes below error:

<'timestamp'> Parameters: -sid <remote DBSID> -j <local DB_SID> -cid <remote DBSID> -jid **** -u // -c -f cleanup
<'timestamp'> BR0301W SQL error -12154 at location BrDbConnect-24, SQL statement:
<'timestamp'> 'CONNECT BRT$ADM/********* AT JRNL_DB USING <DBSID>'
<'timestamp'> BR0310E Connect to database instance <DBSID> failed
