2705215 - Recalculation History not saved in Time Account Postings for Multiple Recalculations within Accrual Period

Historical record for accrual recalculations are not stored in time account details when multiple recalculations occurs in an accrual period

1. Configure a job information field as a recalculation field under time account type, e.g. pay grade.

2. Change the value of this field as of specific effective date in job information history. Existing accrual is recalculated as expected and two new bookings are made (recalculation and accrual), in addition to the original accrual posting.

• January 1, 2018: 30 days accrual
• January 1, 2018: -30 days recalculation
• January 1, 2018: 24 days accrual

3. Change the value of the field as of another effective date. No new postings are created and the recalculated accrual as a result of the first recalculation is overwritten.

• January 1, 2018: 30 days accrual
• January 1, 2018: -30 days recalculation
• January 1, 2018: 28 days accrual

This is an expected system behavior (working as designed).

If multiple accrual recalculations are triggered within the same period, historical recalculation and or accruals will not be saved in Time Account Details as system only allows 2 accrual postings and 1 recalculation posting within an accrual period.
