Symptom
You have sent a campaign, however, received a Bounced back communication in C4C. This KBA will explain the meaning of some error messages.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue

Go to the Campaigns work center.

Open the Campaign XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Campaign).

Go to the Execution facet.

Result: The following bounce messages might appear:
- Bounce: Another undefined error occurred.
- Bounce: E-mail address is invalid.
- Bounce: Mailbox error occurred.
Resolution
Bounce: E-mail address is invalid.
This is an error that occurs when the e-mail address is invalid, you can check that by performing the following activity:
- Go to the Individual Customer or Contact.
- Open the one with the error message "e-mail invalid".
- Personalise or adapt.
- Add the field "e-mail invalid" in the header.
- Uncheck the box in case the e-mail is valid.
Make sure that the recipient has the valid e-mail address; in case the e-mail address is wrong, the system checks this box automatically.
Bounce: Another undefined error occurred:
This error mentioned in this part is because your recipient is not allowing the e-mails that C4C is sending out. The domain maintained for the e-mail address of the business partner may have a filter or spam that doesn't allow C4C emails to reach their system.
Bounce: Mailbox error occurred:
Example: The recipient in this case had the e-mail inbox full. So it bounced back to C4C. Maybe the recipient has this e-mail only for promotions from vendors.
