Cause
The logs show there are jar files such as dsws-common-provider.jar, XcelsiusQaaWSEndpoint.jar & folders missing from the following location[INSTALLPATH]:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\warfiles\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\
Resolution
In order to resolve the issue, run a repair on the base install of the BI platform
