2705411 - Schedule Lumira Reports to PDF format failed with error "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server." after upgrade Lumira Server from 2.0 SP03 Patch1 to 2.1 SP01 Patch2

Symptom

  • After upgrade Lumira Server from 2.0 SP03 Patch1 to 2.1 SP01 Patch02 on BO server 4.2 SP04 Patch1 on Windows Server, schedule Lumira reports to PDF format failed with error "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.".
  • Schedule to LUMX format is successful.
  • The error message "The export result is : [PDF was not generated within the time limit of 1800000 milliseconds]" is found in the AdaptiveJobServer log.
  • This issue happened in the scenario that upgraded Lumira Server, did not happen in the same version of full installation and can be reproduced in house.
