2705570 - Problem in BAPI Create /SYCLO/CORE_MDW_USR_OBJ_DEL during initial sync of Agentry - Agentry Cloud Edition

Symptom

During initial sync, after screen definition/rules replacement completed or notification/ work order fetch, below error might be encountered.

Try to transmit again, it will be working fine.

  • Problem in BAPI Create (/SYCLO/CORE_MDW_USR_OBJ_DEL):Error creating function /SYCLO/CORE_MDW_USR_OBJ_DEL : Connection thread is not alive, message not accepted
  • Server error - Please contact your administrator (13)
  • Logging user out

Check the server trace file, below error can be found:

  • Error creating function /SYCLO/CORE_MDW_USR_OBJ_DEL : Connection thread is not alive, message not accepted com.syclo.agentry.BusinessLogicException: Error creating function /SYCLO/CORE_MDW_USR_OBJ_DEL : Connection thread is not alive, message not accepted
