2705578 - Cannot define system-period data versioning for DB2 - SAP PD

Symptom

  • IBM DB2 supports the system period (SYSTEM_TIME) and the application period (BUSINESS_TIME).
  • These can be defined in PD.
  • But it is not possible to define system-period data versioning by issuing the ALTER TABLE ADD VERSIONING statement with the USE HISTORY TABLE clause.
