Symptom

How to manage the job board availability on Recruiting Posting interface?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Resolution

1.Manage Recruiting Posting ->  My job boards

2. Select a job board and display the dropdown menu of the Job board availability

The following job board association statuses are available:

  • Default: default status, job board can be selected or not for the posting depending on recruiter's needs
  • Preselected: job board is prechecked on the interface but can be unselected for the posting if needed
  • Mandatory: job board is prechecked on the interface and cannot be unselected

Please note that these settings are not retroactive and won't be applied to existing postings. Also, the prechecked statuses can be used only with active job boards and job boards with credits or credentials issues won't be added in the broadcasting.

If you want to change the availability of a job board for posting profiles, click 'Edit set of posting profiles' and update the association.
