What is the difference between a CV (resume) and a click in Recruiting Posting?

In Recruiting Posting, two application methods are proposed when submitting your job postings:

Application by email (sending CV in the Recruiting Posting tool and on recruiter’s email address)
Application by URL (redirection of candidates to external career site)

So, when a candidate is redirected to career site (application by URL), it is counted as click.

CVs (resumes) are collected and shown on the Recruiting Posting interface when you select the application by e-mail.
