• Emails are not being received from the Middleware Integrations tab in Execution Manager, even after entering the email address in the Notifications tab.

1. Navigate to the Execution Manager.
   
2. Go to the Middleware Integrations tab.
   
3. Enter your email address in the Notifications tab.
   
4. Observe that no email notifications are received.
   
   

• Missing permissions for Execution Manager.
  
• Outdated Email Notification Templates page preventing email initiation.
  
  

1. Make sure your user have Execution Manager permissions:
   
2. Navigate to "E-Mail Notification Templates Settings" Page;
3. Select "Execution Manager Process Notification" in the left side of the panel;
4. Update(add some space or move some space) the content of the e-mail Template as you can see on the screenshot below and click "save changes":
   

The e-mail will be sent to the job owner by default, we can use the below page to update with another e-mail: This field only supports 1 e-mail address:
