2705914 - Preview Action Is Not Visible for Sales Quotes Migrated with Status Completed and Won or Lost

Symptom

You are trying to preview a Sales Quote migrated with the Status completed and progress won or lost, however, the action is not available.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Quotes work view.
  3. Open the migrated Sales Quote ABC (ABC defines the Sales Quote ID).
  4. Click on Actions button.
  5. Preview is not visible.

Cause

The Sales Quote was migrated with completed status and the progress is won or lost.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
