Symptom
A change in an employee's (subject user) profile triggers a workflow. The manager receives a notification although he/she is not an approver, contributor or in a CC Role.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a workflow and assign an approver who is not the employee's manager. Do not add the manager as an Approver, Contributor, or CC Role.
- Assign the workflow to a Job Information transaction.
- Submit a change for the employee to trigger the workflow.
- Check notifications and observe that the manager receives a workflow notification even though they are not configured in the workflow.
Cause
If the subject user is also an approver, contributor or in a CC Role of this workflow, his/her manager will receive a notification.

- The manager will receive a notification, if the subject user is also an approver, contributor or in a CC Role of this workflow.
