2706021 - Allow Users to View a Positions History but Remove Take Action -> Make Correction Function

Customer would like users to view the history of a position, but would not like them to make any changes via Take Action -> Make Correction

Employee Central - RBP

1. Search for Manage Data
2. Choose Position
3. Select Any Position
4. Users can view the history and make changes via Take Action -> Make Correction

User currently has the appropriate permissions to make corrections to a positions history.

Remove the permissions from the user:

Search for Manage Permission Roles, click Permission, find the Miscellaneous Permissions, remove edit access:

Search for Metadata Framework, enable Read/Write Permission on Metadata Framework, disable Manage Positions

Once you configure these permissions, the Take Action -> Make Correction Function will no longer be available and the user will only be allowed to view the history of the object
