Symptom
- After some period of inactivity (e.g: 30/40 minutes) your Fiori Launchpad on Enterprise Portal (FLP@EP) shows a Session Timeout error: Your session has timed out. Click Refresh to reload the portal. It may also occur sporadically, after very little time if there is a problem with the Portal Session Management.
- You may also observe an error in the Default Traces:
"No xsrf token found in the session associated with the request[com.sap.portal.prt.util.PortalServletRequestWrapper@123456a].
Could not set Personalization Data - xsrfProtector.isValidXsrfToken returned false
java.lang.RuntimeException: Unauthorized
at com.sap.portal.navigation.flp.pl.launcher.FioriLaunchpadPlUtilitiesComponent.doSetPersonalizationData(FioriLaunchpadPlUtilitiesComponent.java:185)"
