2706328 - Error "Universe does not exist or your security profile does not allow you to access it" while refreshing/creating reports in Web Intelligence Rich client

Symptom

  • Any User including Administrator is unable to refresh/create reports based on universe in Web Intelligence Rich client.
  • Below Error Message is observed:
    "Universe (GUID) does not exist, or your security profile does not allow you to access it:

    com.bo.repo_proxy.RepoAccessException:
    RepositoryProxyImpl::getObjectSecurityLevel (16)
    [repo_proxy 16] SessionFacade::getObjectSecurityLevel - Failed to check right information
    (SessionFacade::getObjectSecurityLevel) The operation completed successfully. (WIS 00000)"
