Symptom

In the transaction ST22 you see the following ABAP dump error:

Runtime Errors RFC_NO_AUTHORITY
Date and Time 11.10.2018 01:15:05

Short Text
No RFC authorization for function module "SCMON_CONF_GET_MAX_NUM_SLICES".

What happened?
User "SM_XXX" in client XXX attempted to execute function module "SCMON_CONF_GET_MAX_NUM_SLICES" from function group "SCMON_API_REMOTE", but does not have the relevant RFC authorization.

Error in the ABAP Application Program.

The current ABAP program "SAPLSCMON_API_REMOTE" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
