2706417 - Overall Competency and Overall Objective Ratings Not Displayed in the AdHoc report - Performance Management

The Overall Competency and Overall Objective ratings are not displayed in the Ad Hoc report.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance

1. Include the "Overall Competency Rating" and "Overall Goals Rating" columns in the Ad Hoc report;
2. Run the Ad Hoc report;
3. Notice that the above columns are empty or returns '0' in the report even if the PM form has ratings in the "Competency" and "Goals" section.

• The Objective Competency Summary section in the PM form generates the "Overall Competency Rating" and "Overall Goals Rating" in the Ad Hoc report.
• If the PM form does not include this section type, then the "Overall Competency Rating" and "Overall Goals Rating" fields will not return results in the Ad Hoc report.
• Matrix Grid Reporting "What Vs How" - X and Y axis Trend rating information are changed from Competency and Objective to different values. 

If you want to report on the Overall Objective Rating and Overall Competency Rating, you need to have an Objective Competency Summary Section in the PM form.

However, an alternative if you haven't created a form with an OCOC Summary section and with to report on the rating of your Goal and Competency section you can add the following columns in the ad hoc report:

• Section Rating
• Section Rating Label
• Section Name

You need to filter the report by the section name so that the report will only show the section rating of your Goal and Competency Section.

Matrix Grid Reporting "What Vs How" - Trend Section Change:

1. Navigate to the "Matrix Grid Reporting: How vs What" page, and change the setting to Objective and Competency for the X and Y Axis, then save the result;
2. Enter the "Form template settings" of the affected form template.
3. Find and open the "Open & save Documents" tool, and based on the impacted form's start Date, and select the suitable Date range.
4. Then click the "Open & save Documents" button, which will trigger the form data re-calculated.

Note: Once the button is clicked, a job: Open & Save Document will be triggered. Data populates in the report after the job is run and successful.
