2706425 - Error in System Configurator while exporting data

Symptom

  • While trying to export configuration from SAP Contact Center "System Configurator", the admin receives the following error:
    • java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/poi/ss/usermodel/Workbook
    • Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/poi/ss/usermodel/Workbook
  • Restarting the virtual units and server does not help
  • Installing the latest Java version also does not help
