Symptom
Error message saying "cannot find datacenter associated to the company" when trying to access the Recruiting Posting in RCM.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
Reproducing the Issue
- Admin Center
- Click "Manage Recruiting Posting"
- Get the error message "Cannot find datacenter associated to the company 'company ID'"
Resolution
(Requires partner engagement)
To investigate further why “cannot find datacenter associated to the company” error appeared on the system, please check the settings in Provisioning first and the correct Recruiting Posting Base URL is selected (Production or Preview Environment).
You must also verify the following KBAs:
- Your tenant is provisioned within SAP for me (see 3066901 - How to Start Provisioning for a cloud product - SAP for Me) if you don't find your requested tenant in this list, you must get in touch with your CSP or Sales Representative to request it. The support is not dedicated to provisionning requests.
- All the options have been set (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2654879)
- Users are synchronized (e.g. you have waited 24 hours after you provided the permissions/tenant is provisioned, see SAP Knowledge Base Articles 2770243)
