Reproducing the Issue
- Admin Center
- Click "Manage Recruiting Posting "
- Get the error message
System expected behavior based on current client settings. Cannot set non-productive instances in the RPO production system.

To investigate further why “cannot find datacenter associated to the company” error appeared on the system, please check the settings in Provisioning first:
- In "Company Settings" make sure that the checkbox "Enabled Recruiting Posting" is checked, and the correct Recruiting Posting Base URL is selected (production or test URL format).
It is important to mention that legacy RPO-RMK integrations will not have "Enabled Recruiting Posting" checked in Provisioning. This setting will only be checked for new RPO-RCM integrations. For further reference, please review the Implementation guide on SAP Help Portal or the articles in the "See Also" section. If the issue persists, please submit a Launchpad ticket under LOD-SF-RPO component.
It is also important to verify if the SSO implementation (preview or production) has been requested and confirmed by Recruiting Posting Support and if all the options have been set (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2654879).
