When an admin searches for ALL assignment profiles, it does not show in alphabetical order.

Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Learning Admin> Users> Assignment Profiles> Search

2. Records per page> All

Notice that the results are not showing in alphabetical order. When you select 500, 50, 25, 10, 5 records per page, the results are in alphabetical order.

adminShowAllOption under System Configuration> Search is by default set to FALSE as it is in the process of being depracated. There has been many issues in the past where searching with ALL puts too much load in the system and affects performance.

It is recommended keep adminShowAllOption disabled and use the pagination. The 500 page limit option should practically satisfy customer needs.
