Symptom
When trying to use the application status label as a filter on Adhoc report > Recruiting V2, then some application status labels are not available as a filter

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Reporting > Ad Hoc reports
2. Create New > Select Recruiting V2
3. Try to use "Application" column > "Application status label" as a filter > By my selection > then see that there will be limited available statuses:
Cause
The available application status labels on the Ad hoc report filter for "Application" column will come from the latest data and the application status label will be available as a filter if there's an existing applicant that was placed to that status.
Resolution
Move a specific applicant to an application status that is not available on the filter, for example, if I moved a candidate to "Ready to Hire" status then I should now see the "Ready to Hire" status when I use the "Application status label" as filter. This is an expected behavior since the data that will be used as a filter should be the latest or the current data of applicants.
