Symptom
Every quarter, SuccessFactors patches a new system release and new system functionalities with it. These functionalities may be Opt-in, which the client may choose if they want it or not, or they may be Universal, which are the sort of functionalities that will me automatically available/enabled to all our BizX users.
Clients are usually notified about these functionalities a few weeks before the next release date. This article provides information on the process that should be followed, in case clients find the need to have additional information on any functionality mentioned on Release Notes (Release Readiness).

Resolution
Clients under Customer Prefered Care contracts are oriented to discuss Release Notes items with their Customer Success Managers. This team is currently assigned/responsible for testing the new functionality by using SuccessFactors Internal Documentation and provide the client further information on how this functionality is designed to work, with no need of Support engagement.
