2707207 - Application Error While Hiring an Internal Candidate from Manage Pending Hires

Symptom

Receive an application error with the following fingerprint (fingerprint=968438b9f7a0e7265a8e411dad214a0f165643c0) when attempting to hire an Internal Candidate from Pending Hires.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires
  2. Attempt to Hire an Internal Candidate from Recruiting
  3. Receive the application error with fingerprint=968438b9f7a0e7265a8e411dad214a0f165643c0

Cause

This is caused by the HRIS Element Pay Component Recurring not being enabled.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, simply do the following:

  1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration 
  2. Navigate to the HRIS Element payComponentRecurring and set Enabled to Yes
