Resolution
Implement Candidate Pipeline Service. Candidate Pipeline Service, is an application that resides on SAP Cloud Platform which enables customers to transfer candidate profiles from job boards to SuccessFactors.
Pre-requisites:
- Have a SuccessFactors account, with SAP HANA Cloud Platform extension package for SF enabled
- Post job requisitions from SuccessFactors onto job boards via SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
- Have access to the API of targeted job board
How to implement solution: SAP Localization Hub, candidate pipeline service
The job board affected isn't supported by Candidate Pipeline Service yet? Please make an integration request to the Candidate Pipeline Service on SAP Influence tool
