Symptom

  • When you attempt to delete User from SU01 the error message is thrown => Change Document: CDHDR DUPREC 0000000000 USERNAME

  • In SM13 you will see a failed update on Function Module NRINTERVAL_WRITE_DOCUMENT similar to the following:

    Function Module NRINTERVAL_WRITE_DOCUMENT

    Status Update was terminated

    Report LSNR6U01

    Row 143

    Error details Class: CD Message:600

    Change document: CDHDR DUPREC: 0000000000
