2707356 - Preview Button Disabled For Reason Code Transfer

You want to see the Preview of the Goods and Activity Confirmation ID with type as Transfer however the preview button is disabled.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Internal Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Common Tasks and select Display / Reverse Goods and Activity Confirmation.
3. Show All Goods and Activity Confirmations.
4. Find required Goods and Activity Confirmation ID.
5. Select ID and choose Preview.
6. Here option Preview is disabled.

Since the scoping question: You will be able to print confirmation notification? is not Reviewed for Internal Logistics, preview option is disabled.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementations Projects view.
3. Navigate to guided activity and go Questions tab.
4. Expand All and select element: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics
5. Choose sub-element: Internal Logistics and expand it.
6. Here choose Communication for Internal Logistics.
7. On right side, find question: You will be able to print confirmation notification.
8. Select and mark the checkbox as Reviewed.
9. Complete the guided activity and finish the scoping.
10. Once it is done, preview option will be enabled for Confirmation Type: Transfer.
