2707362 - User interface style of titles changed from 1811 release

From 1811 release user interface (UI) styles of titles like tab names, section names and the work center names have been changed.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to the Service work center.
2. Select the Tickets view.
3. Open the tickets ABC (ABC represents the ticket ID).

You can see that the titles of the tab names, section names and the work center names are changed from capital letters  to title case with the 1811 release.

This is the expected system behavior.

Starting 1811 release all tab names, section names and the work center including work center views are displayed in title case.

This means first letter of each word in titles is capitalized. This change has been done for both Fiori client and HTML5 UI to provide a consistent user experience.

This styling applies to all work centers and work center views. Custom tiles (Eg: custom facets) will not be changed and the title style depends on how you have defined it in the UI Designer.
