2707375 - Mismatch in user count between Reports and Employee Export / UDF

Ad Hoc report for Employee Profile has more users compared to Employee Export (UDF).

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Employee Export
   Make sure 'Valid users only' is not enabled under 'Specify Export Options' and Export User File
2. Create an Ad Hoc report for the Employee Profile domain with general fields like username, userid and status(required) and export the report.
   The Ad Hoc report has to be run by a user who has access to the complete organization.
   Inactive users must be included.

The Ad Hoc report has more users compared to the Employee export.
All the extra users have a prefix 'ext'

This is expected behavior because the additional users are external users, they are not "real users".
They don't appear in the export file or manage users.

To exclude these users from Ad Hoc reports, add a filter for the status field. Status not equal to 'Active External User'

To export these users from the Employee Export screen, use the 'Export External 360 Raters' option.
