How to create a requisition accordingly to the position country so it will populate the values in the according language?

Resolution

For the Job Requisition to be created directly from the Position and the values to be populated in the correct language according to the country of the position, you need to create the IF clausures according to which countries do you have and the languages you use. For example:

  1. Create an IF clausure that checks the country of the specific position that you are creating the requisition from. Set in the first box the value "Position.Company.Country", this will ensure that you get the country of the requisition, and in the last box you select the country you are mapping to:

  2. Now, lets say you have another country as well that you want to map some fields specifically, you will now add a "ELSE IF" clausure to the rule, and set this other country that you want to also map fields specifically to it:

And for each IF clausure you insert in the rule, you will need to map all the fields again in the "Then" clausure.
