What are the data being pulled under the "Goal Other Rating" and "Competency Other Rating" column in the adhoc report.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance
  2. Go to Reporting
  3. Build a Table AdHoc Report under Performance Management Domain
  4. Include the "Goals Name", "Goals Other Rating", "Goals Other Rating Description" and "Goals Other Rating Owner User ID", "Competency name", "Competency Other Rating", "Competency Other Rating Description" and "Competency Other Rating Owner User ID" columns in the ad hoc report.

  5. Run the ad hoc report.
  6. Notice that the report will return 2 or more rows per goal or per competency.

Cause

The "Self Rating" column will only show the rating of the PM form's subject while the "Official Rating" column in the ad hoc report
will show the rating of record depending on the rating option.

The "Goals Other Rating" and "Competency Other Rating" will show the ratings entered by the users who rated the PM form hence ther reason why it will return 2 or more rows per goal or per competency depending on the number of users who rated the form.

Resolution

If you wanted to show all the ratings entered by each user who rated the PM form in the ad hoc report you need to include the "Other Rating" column.
