2707928 - Unexpected result is output when execute T-code F.13

Symptom

“Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.”

When you execute T-code F.13, runtime error occurs or the result is not expected, at the same time when checking table BSIS with T-code SE16 or SE11, you meet runtime error with the key word "SYNTAX_ERROR", "/1BCDWB/DBBSIS", and "%_KBSIS", or you find that table BSIS shows data from other clients.
