2708020 - Compensation & Variable Pay - Mobile Statements

Is it possible to view Compensation statements and other statements via mobile?

When attempting to view Compensation Statement, Variable Pay & Combined Statements within mobile, statements do not display as expected. Why can this be?

Important

Please note you should always be on the latest IOS/Android version for the mobile application to work correctly.

You may download the SuccessFactors application the via the Apple or Google Stores.

While in the application go to and search icon and type in the employee's name.

The profile of the employee will populate with their information and portlets you have access to.

Once within the employee record, scroll down and select the "Compensation Statement" portlet.

As you scroll, there will additional portlets for other statements which may be available.

In this example, we are using personal Compensation statements.

Select the portlet and there will be two options. One for statements and another for combined statements.

Select the Compensation statement and you will have an option to select the statement to view.

Click the statement hyperlink which will direct you to the statement view.

If there is a requirement to download these statements into pdf from either the UI or mobile, ensure the below option is not selected in Company Settings.

This is a dynamic option and can be switched on/off when required without the need of statements being generated again.

From the statement portlet, you will see this additional option.

Should you not have any access to view statements then please ensure the logged in user has the appropriate permissions access via RBP.
