2708147 - Error in Visits: Please Enter a Party with Role Employee Responsible

When you save and open a Visit without Owner and organizer defined, the warning message "Please enter a party with role Employee Responsible" is raised.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Visits work center.
2. Go to the Visits work view.
3. Click on New button.
4. Fulfill the mandatory fields.
5. Delete the pre-defined Owner and Organizer.
6. Click on “Save and Open”.
7. The warning message “Please enter a party with role Employee Responsible” is raised.

The system will perform internal validations after to execute the action "Save and Open" and in case the owner and organizer is not maintained, the warning message will appear.

This is the current system behavior. In case you need to suppress the warning message raised, you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
