2708174 - Approval Tab Missing in Sales Order

Symptom

The Approval Tab is missing in some Sales Orders.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Sales Workcenter.
  2. Choose the Sales Orders Tab.
  3. Open Sales Order XYZ.
  4. The Sales Order XYZ uses ABC Document Type.
  5. There is no "Approval Tab".

XYZ is the ID of the Sales Order and ABC is the name of the Document Type.

Cause

The Approval Process is Document Type dependent and the ABC type is not maintained in the rule.

Resolution

You have to maintain the Document Type in the created rule under Administrator -> Approval Processes.
