New hire forms showing in Document Center but unavailable in Work Queue

Form is uploaded directly in Document Center and is not part of process workflow.

One of the possible cause why form is showing in Document Center and not in Work Queue is due to manual upload in Document Center. For us to confirm the settings, we need to verify if the form is part of a normal workflow; see below on how to check if the PDF Form must be included in Onboarding steps.

Instructions

• Step 1: Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Reference Files > Forms
• Step 2: Under PDF Forms > View Assigned PDF Forms by Processes > Select Affected Process
• Step 3: Find the Form using the search function, if Form is not available it is not part of the workflow it is an expected behavior
