2708232 - SPAM: "Calculate Queue" button displays existing SP levels for components without a target package selected

During the import of SPs in SPAM, the "Calculate Queue" button should populate the "Calculated Package" fields for the components that have a target package selected:

In SPAM 70, the behavior is different and it populates the "Calculated Package" field for all components. For components without target packages, the existing SP is displayed.

Below warning message occurs:

The calculated queue is consistent but does not match the selected target

- Check the queue on the tab page "Calculated Queue"

- Change the target Package or copy the queue by choosing [Confirm Queue]
