Symptom
- What do the Status field options refer to in Ad Hoc Reports for the Performance Management and 360 Multi-Rater domains?
- Why is there an overlap of Performance Managmeent and 360 Multi-Rater filter options when creating an Ad Hoc report for only the PM or 360 domain.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- In Ad Hoc Reporting, create a report for the Performance Management domain;
- Under the Filters tab, select Refine Criteria;
- Under Columns, select Form and then select the "Status" filter:
- In the Define "Status" Filter dialogue window, switch to "By My Selection":
Note: There are 6 statuses listed, including the "360 Evaluation Stage" status which is not part of the Performance Management Route Map.
Resolution
As Peformance Management forms and 360 Multi-rater Reviews share the same route map type (there is only a switch which allows you to add a 360 Evaluation stage), ALL statuses pertaining to both Performance Management and 360 Multi-rater are available in Ad hoc Reporting when selecting the "Status" filter option.
Please also note that ALL Route Step Names for both PM and 360 are also available when selecting the "Current Route Step Name" filter option.
The 360 Multirater adhoc report is designed to exclude the Deleted form in the report. It is expected behavior that deleted 360 Review form will not show in the report.
Explanation of the Status options in Ad Hoc Reports
- 360 Evaluation Stage: This stage is specific to 360 Reviews. This is where approved raters give their feedback on the subject of the review.
- Modify Stage: This is the stage in the process where users can review, update and evaluate the content of a form.
- Signoff/Signature Stage: This is the stage in the process where all defined users sign the form to approve or acknowledge the content of the form.
- Rejected/Return to Evaluation: This refers to a form that has been routed back from the Signature Stage to the Modify Stage. The "Reject" button can be permissioned under Button permissions in Manage Templates.
- Completed: Once the last step in your route map has been recorded, this step serves as a final wrap up. The form will be moved into the respective user's completed inbox, and notices of the completion will be sent out.
- Deleted: The form is no longer in process - it has been deleted.
