2708430 - In PSS the user wants to configure only Admin defined question.

Symptom

In Password Self Service (PSS) application, there are two types of questions available:

1.User Defined Questions

2.Admin Defined Questions

The customer wants to  remove "User Defined Questions" option and only wants to continue with the "Admin Defined Questions".
