2708510 - INSERT constantly fails in s_bm::SetBits - SAP IQ 

• INSERT would fail with a Non-Fatal error on s_bm::SetBits. Bitmap failed internal checks. You may have a damaged index.
• DBCC returns no errors.
• After hitting this error, INSERT would always fail for that table.
