Symptom

Can you have multiple versions of Crystal Reports for Visual studio runtime on the same computer?

Environment

Crystal Reports developer for Visual Studio

Reproducing the Issue

Try to install more than one version of CR for VS runtime onto any PC

Cause

Runtime installation always removes old verison or indicates a newer version is installed.

Resolution

Crystal Reports for Visual Studio uses the same folder structure and dll names when installing. This is not configurable and therefore you can only have one SP installed at any given time.
