2708677 - ERROR: Wrong credentials with Neo console client command create-ssl-host, list-ssl-hosts

Using the Neo console client to create an ssl host with command create-ssl-host like so:

neo create-ssl-host --account <subaccount_technical_name> --user <e-mail_or_user> --host <host> --name <ssl_host_name>

or list ssl hosts like:

neo list-ssl-host --account <subaccount_technical_name> --user <e-mail_or_user> --host <host>

receive error:

ERROR: Wrong credentials. Enter correct user name and password. Note that your user will be locked after 5 consecutive failed authentication attempts. If you need help, provide the output of the command and attach the log directory [U:\Neo_SDK\tools\log]
